Ye Wen could be easily mistaken for a fit woman in her late 20s with her well-toned beach body and glowing complexion, but she’s easily double that age. Rocking swimsuits with her killer physique, the 50-year-old mom from from Henan, China has netizens amazed by her youthful looks. Ye Wen has been working out in the gym since she was 30 after discovering the joys of exercise and swimming. She regularly does two-hour workouts in the gym for at least two to three times per week. In her daily routine, she strictly sets aside a regular time for a good swim. She even did an impressive swim across the Straits of Malacca in March of this year. The long stretch of water she successfully traversed separates the Malay Peninsula from Sumatra. She is now going for the Han River in South Korea for her next swim.
