The new war drama of Oscar-winning director and legendary actor Clint Eastwood “American Sniper” has become a huge hit in the American Box Office. Since Friday the 16th of January (opening night), up until Monday the 19th, it received 105 million USD in tickets.

The movie, starring Bradley Cooper, has been nominated for six (6) Oscars, while everything points to this being Eastwood’s most sucessful movie, even after 2008’s “Gran Torino”, the masterpiece which had earned 29.5 million USD.
