No details as yet

The Greek government has submitted a 2-year plan to the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) to cover the country’s funding needs for the next two years and to also restructure the country’s huge debt. A non-paper released by the PM office reportedly states that “Greece remains at the negotiating table”.

Using the unofficial mode of communication, sources in the Tsipras government said the referendum is not an end to negotiations but a continuation of talks to reach the best possible agreement.

Details on terms of the proposal have not been released.

Meanwhile, Dutch Finance Minister and Eurogroup head Jeroen Dijsselbloem said the latest Greek request will be considered later on Tuesday in an emergency session.eurogroup
