Attica cyber crime unit apprehend 4 men for child pornography

Police led to men by international sting operation

The Greek police cyber crime unit has apprehended 4 men allegedly involved in child pornography trafficking in Athens. The Greek cyber crime unit of Attica were led to the four suspects, a Greek, an Albanian, a Pilipino and a Indian, after two parallel joint international sting operations to crack down on child pornography.

Two computers, three laptop hard drives and a mobile phone sim card were confiscated during a search at their houses, while according to police, they possessed child pornography material for dissemination and used similar content related sites. The police reports will be conveyed to the Athens Prosecutor for a case to be built.
