Brussels Group meets in Paris

The aim of the meeting is to prepare for the next Eurogroup to be held on Friday, April 24 in Riga, Latvia.

Brussels Group got back down to business on Saturday at around 3 pm (Athens time), in a meeting that takes place in Paris, France for “technical reasons,” as announced by the Greek Ministry of Finance.

The meeting started at noon in the building of the Greek delegation at OECD.

Reportedly, the hall has been made available to the Brussels Group, consisting of Greek officials and representatives of the country’s International creditors, until next Wednesday.

The Greek delegation is represented by Mr. Theocharakis, Mr. Houliarakis and Mrs. Panariti.

It should be noted that Athens appears optimistic that an agreement will be reached soon with Greece’s partners.
