A circular signed by Alternate Finance Minister Christos Staikouras and Interior Minister Argyris Dinopoulos states that all regions of the country should have balanced budgets in 2015.

Also mentioned in the circular is a provision for a 73.36% increase of funds allocated to the country’s region for road works due to the National Strategic Reference Framework and reduced spending in several fields such as employees’ overtime payments and the cost of management.
