The Greeks of Cairo, held a heartwarming reception to the photographers, said Ms Casole, speaking to ANA-MPA. “They opened their homes, their hearts, trusted us, spoke to us, and showed great hospitality”. She also added that the the “prize” for both of them was the satisfaction of the members of the Greek community for the exhibition.

With a romantic and emotional spirit the issue was approached by Mr. Kozalidis. He said, “people are a mirror” if the photographer approaches them with respect, interest, and positive curiosity and gives them space, then they behave accordingly.

The artistic project is currently in progress, regarding both, shooting and research , and once completed will be exhibited at the Benaki Museum in Greece.
