Euroworking group to evaluate omnibus bill passed in parliament

The Eurogroup is expected to give the green light for the disbursement of 9-11 billion euro tranche

The EuroWorking Group, that will convene on Monday in Brussels, is expected to evaluate Sunday’s voting of the prior actions demanded by Greece’s lenders so as to conclude the first program review.

According to sources, the European Commission will submit the “draft” compliance report to the EWG, while the “final” compliance report will be submitted after the Eurogroup.

On Tuesday, the Eurogroup is expected to ratify the conclusion of the program review and give the green light for the disbursement of 9-11 billion euro tranche, as sources claim.

The Finance Ministers of the euro zone are also expected to discuss Greece’s debt based on the proposals of the European Support Mechanism (ESM), including the extension of the grace period for the repayment of loans and the longer loan repayment period.
