Frigate "salamis" will "set free" Greeks and foreigners from Libya

The Navy ship is expected to arrive around 8pm – The goal is the task to be completed within a day

The number of people which the Greek frigate Salamis will take from the Libyan capital, Tripoli is constantly increasing.

The Navy ship left Greece on Wednesday afternoon, and is expected to arrive around 8 to 8:30 on Thursday evening.

Although the original plan was to get only seven embassy diplomats and 80 Greeks, the last few hours this number has increased continuously since lots of requests submissions from other embassies have been made for more foreign citizens, for example Chinese.

The goal is the task to be completed within a day .

The latest information indicates that the frigate will anchor off the port of Tripoli with citizens transported to it in boats.
