Statements made by Dimitris Mardas only three hours after he revealed that the government is in serious need of money
Deputy Finance Minister Dimitris Mardas “about faced” on his earlier statements about the lack of 400 million which would be used to pay pensions and salaries in April.
Even though he said that the 400 million was missing from the country’s coffers around 8am, just three hours later, Dimitris Mardas revealed that they… discovered the 400 mil. euros in insurance funds. He also stated that the money would be deposited in the BoG.
