Here's the ballot for Sunday's … Greferendum

Curiously enough, the SYRIZA government has listed the negative answer, “no”, as the first option…

Proto Thema on Monday acquired the single ballot for next Sunday’s snap referendum — another neo-Greek political neologism – which shows the question that citizens wishing to vote in the plebiscite will be called on to answer.
The first answer, by the way, is “No”, in accordance with the radical leftist government’s position on the referendum it declared and passed through Parliament in a midnight vote.

And the question is … (drum roll, please…):
“Should the agreement plan, which was submitted by the European Commission, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund at the Eurogroup on 25.06.2015 and which is comprised of two parts, which form their unified proposal, be approved? The first document is entitled “Reforms for the completion of the Current Program and Beyond” and the second “Preliminary Debt sustainability analysis”.

Not approved/NO

Approved/YES

A simple solution, therefore, “yes” or “no”, or, “no” or “yes”, depending on what the government wants the result to be – for a complex question involving … “Reforms for the completion of the Current Program and Beyond” and the second “Preliminary Debt sustainability analysis”.
