The European Consumer Centers (ECC-Net) has come up with a way of supporting the traveler at any given moment. Thanks to the Travel app, provides access to interpreter and legal assistance instantly for travelers on demand asserting their rights at any given ‘bump’ in travels.

Problems such as ‘overbooking ‘ are a thing of the past. Imagine how you would feel walking up to the reception desk, after having flown from half way across the world, to a hotel knowing  you had booked a room with a balcony –view of the sea, then discovering that that same room was given to someone else! The Travel app at the palm of your hand would help you confidently assert your rights to meet the transaction made for the services you expect on your holiday, effortlessly.

‘Travel App’ is available for mobile devices with iOS, Android and Microsoft Windows operating systems and it can be downloaded ready for use in the Apple app store(for iOS), in the Google Playstore (for Android) and in Windows App+Game Store (for Windows Phone). The application works off line to avoid added roaming fees. This application is also available through this QR-Code. Availability of the Travel App exists throughout the European Union including Norway and Iceland offering consumer help and advice.

The languages it includes are Bulgarian, Croatian, Danish, Dutch, England, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek,  Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovene, Spanish and Swedish.
