Juncker: No talk of third Greek bailout

Spanish FinMin Luis de Guindos got markets’ solid attention earlier in the day by revealing the prospect

EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker on Monday quashed same-day reports of a third bailout for Greece, essentially ending speculation from a statement by the Spanish FinMin.
The latter claimed that eurozone members were discussing a bailout of between 30 and 50 billion euros.
“There are no talks about that,” Juncker said in Berlin.
Spanish FinMin Luis de Guindos got markets’ solid attention earlier in the day by revealing the prospect, saying more “flexible conditions” would be attached for Athens.
The new leftist government in Athens has repeatedly stated that it will not need a third bailout.
