Leon of Athens, the Greek rising indie-pop star will complete the first part of his European tour with a single concert at the Central Stage of Stavros tou Notou venue on Thursday, November 27, 2014.

Earlier this year, the Guardian presented Leon of Athens to the British audience by including the young artist who “makes brainy MGMT-style pop” in a list of new, promising bands, featured in the music section of the newspaper.

More specifically, The Guardian said about the Greek songwriter: “Timoleon Veremis is a Greek musicology and philosophy student turned singer/guitarist now living in London who writes electronic pop songs inflected with folk and other flavours, about everything from love and death to the recent upheavals in his home country.”
