According to a source, today at least eleven people were killed in an accidently explosion at a military base in the eastern Libyan city of Al Bayda.
The same source mentions that based on a preliminary research conducted on the causes of the explosion, it is likely to have been caused by the high temperatures that developed in a weapons storage area at the base.
No further details were available, while the authorities have not officially commented on the incident.
