Turkish Muslim televangelist Mucahid Cihad Han gave a warning to masturbators of the world during a live TV interview. Asked by the presenter about masturbation, the televangelist with 12,500 Twitter users urged the presenter to “resist Satan’s temptations” and to stop having intercourse with his hands otherwise he will find his “hands pregnant in the afterlife, complaining against them to God over its rights.”

Turkish media had a field day over these comments with Twitter uses asking if there are hand-gynecologists in the afterlife or whether being pregnant was a God-given punishment.

Along the same lines, an Iranian prayer leader earlier in the month had said that earthquakes are caused by women who dress provocatively and tempt people into promiscuity. “When promiscuity spreads, earthquakes increase,” said Hojatoleslam Kazim Sadeghi during prayer time. The video caused tremors through social media when it was posted on YouTube.
