Evangelos Meimarakis invited Apostolos Tzitzikostas to attend a meeting of the parliamentary group of New Democracy so as to express his views on the programmatic statements of the government, since Mr. Tzitzikostsa is the only candidate for ND leadership who is not a Member of Parliament.

This was decided during a meeting between Mr. Meimarakis and members of New Democracy.

“We need to hear his point of view, whether he agrees with the Memorandum and what he thinks New Democracy should do regarding the laws and legislations to be discussed in the Parliament during the upcoming months,” Mr. Meimarakis said.
