Migrant crisis in Greece: Children in trashcans (video)

Footage of migrants emptying trash in streets and using garbage bins to carry their children

There is no end to the problems caused by the migration crisis in Greece. Citizens on the isle of Lesvos are concerned about the women, elderly, hungry and tired people aimlessly wandering around the island’s streets as if seeking the earthly paradise they had been promised by smugglers.

The island’s transport network is flooded with human caravans as immigrants walk kilometers to reach the Lesvos immigrant reception center.

Parents, unable to carry their children all the way, have found a solution using the trash. Quite simply, they overturn the rubbish put their children inside and head on their way.
