Operational contracts shall abolish the marriage and children allowance

The new business contracts puts an end to marriage bonus of 10% and the child allowance of 5% for each child

The weekly working hours will be specified in 40-hour (even at 6-day basis with the agreement of the employee) and enables conversion also on agreement on the full-time contracts to part-time contracts.
