Osama Bin Laden tried to contact son prior to his neutralization

According to declassified documents

A month before US Navy SEALs killed Osama Bin laden in his Pakistan hideout in 2011, his cronies were trying to help him contact his beloved son, Hamza, who was under house arrest in Iraq, according to declassified documents.

According to the documents, an Al Qaeda member by the name of Mahmud wrote Bin Laden to explain his attempts to reunite father and son. The letter was amongst hundreds found by the commandos after the raid on Bin Laden’s compound.

To this day, Hamza’s fate is unknown.
