According to expert witnesses, the car Pantelidis was driving was in excellent condition and there was no problem with the brakes or the accelerator, while the tires were also in very good condition.

According to sources from the traffic police, the expert witnesses found the driver did not hit the brakes, while they have not determined how fast Pantelidis was driving, since they are not sure about whether the estimate of the speed could be accurate.

Authorities are also waiting for the results of toxicological tests that will show if Pantelidis had consumed alcohol.
