Santorini’s local produce is of excellent quality but produced in small quantities. Try its cherry tomato, and tomatokeftedes (tomato balls). White aubergine, the fava bean, specially-shaped cucumbers, kapari – a vegetable the size of a pea. Local cheese to try is chloro, made of goat’s milk and wash all this down with some Vissando.
