PM Samaras: We are already back on track and normality is now within our grasp

The evaluation of the Troika must and will be completed by December – Greece is in need of a sense of international security during the early days after the Memorandum – “As you sow, shall you reap” was the PM’s message of SYRIZA

During the press conference at the end of the summit Mr. Antonis Samaras sent the message that Greece is already back on track and normality is now within our grasp.

Referring to the course of negotiations regarding the next day after the memorandum, the Prime Minister stated that, they are in progress of how Greece will proceed safely and wisely.

When asked about the ongoing progress of the Troika evaluation, the Prime Minister replied that:” We are at the end. History should not repeat its self. The evaluation of the Troika must and will be completed by December”.

With regards to the credit line, Mr. Samaras noted that given the “developmental intolerance” prevailing at international level, Greece is in need of a sense of international security in the early days after the Memorandum.

The Prime Minister was also asked about the attitude being maintained by SYRIZA, where he relied that:” It would have been much safer for Greece if there was to an extent not a reward but a consensus of the opposition. Instead I see an absolute refusal .

Finally, Mr. Antonis Samaras stated that: “The opposition clearly doesn’t want to do so and it is within its rights. We on the other hand are called to get the country out of the tunnel”.

“I urge everyone to support this effort because this is an important target”, added the Prime Minister and concluded the topic by stating that “As you sow, shall you reap”.
