Puccini’s “Tosca” received with praise

In the Odeon of Herodes Atticus

Giacomo Puccini’s famous opera, “Tosca” took place in the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, within the framework of the Athens Festival, on Sunday June 14th, 2015. The musical direction was led by Loukas Karytinos and Hugo de Ana was responsible for the direction, stage sets, and costumes.

 

The famous opera was received with grand applause and praise, with famous Greek soprano Dimitra Theodosiou at the forefront.

 

Future dates for the opera are set for Tuesday 16th, Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th of June.
