Schulz-Tsipras: Social agenda necessary after Brexit

Schulz says Britain should move fast to leave EU

Greek PM Alexis Tsipras met with the president of the European Parliament Martin Schulz, Tuesday in Brussels for the EU Summit on Brexit. Schulz underlined that Britain would have activate the exit procedures as soon s possible, since it made the decision to leave the union. According to government sources, the Brexit was at the focus of talks between Tsipras and Schulz. The same sources says the message that came out of the meting was the need for reinforcing the social agenda. Tsipras is currently in a meeting with the head of  the European left group Gabriele Zimmer.
