Shocking Video shows Cleveland police officer Shooting 12 Year Old Tamir Rice Within Seconds

Surveillance video shows Tamir Rice been shot within seconds after the police officer arrived

A surveillance video that shows the 12 year old boy walking around and waving a pellet gun and then being fatally shot by a police officer just seconds after he arrived on the scene was released by the Cleveland police.

The 911 caller who was sitting nearby said to the police several times that the weapon was probably a fake, but the dispatcher did not relay that information to the responding officers.

The two police officers, 26 year old Timothy Loehman and 46 year old Frank Garmback arrived after the caller had left.

There is no audio in the video. The Police circled a frame of the video in red that shows the unfortunate boy moving his hand — apparently to show the moment that the two police officers support that the young boy reached for the pellet gun.

The grand jury will have to decide whether either officer will be charged for the young boys death.

The Police is still trying to identify and question the person who crosses path with the 12 year old boy  on the video. His image was blurred in the footage released to the public.
