SYRIZA and ANEL will meet in order to set a common stance for the debate concerning justice and corruption issues

Following the political turmoil due to the statements of Alternate Minister for Migration Policy Yannis Mouzalas, who called FYROM ‘Macedonia’, the two parties of the coalitin government aim to show that they still cooperate and get along well.

The secretary of the parliamentary group of SYRIZA Afrodite Theopeftatou informed reporters that SYRIZA and ANEL will meet on Thursday in order to set a common stance for the debate that will take place next Tuesday concerning justice and corruption issues.

Regarding the issue emerged with Mouzalas’ mistake and ANEL leader Panos Kammenos who insisted on Mouzalas’ resignation, Mrs. Theopeftatou said that this an issue that concerns the political leaders and not the parliamentary groups, but, as she added, “it’s good to disagree!”
