Greek energy minister Lafazanis to meet with Gazprom’s Miller

He’ll also meet with representatives of Russian Duma, which in February endorsed a restructuring of Russia’s 2.5-billion-euro loan to Cyprus

On Monday the SYRIZA Minister of Energy Panagiotis Lafazanis will meet with his Russian counterpart Alexander Novak in order to discuss energy issues, while focusing on energy relations between the two countries.

During his visit in Russia, Lafazanis will also meet with powerful Gazprom chief Alexey Miller.

At the same time Lafazanis will also meet with representatives of Russian Duma, which in February endorsed a restructuring of Russia’s 2.5-billion-euro loan to Cyprus, following a proposal tabled by the Putin government.
