New properties are transferred to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund ( HRADF ) as part of the agreement with the troika to strengthen its portfolio. Thus, the objective of the memorandum is achieved according to which the HRADF should control more than 1,000 properties.

The interministerial committee on privatization decided on May 28 the transfer of a list of properties to the HRADF. The following properties are included in the list:

– tourist area of ​​Mount Parnassus of 11,100,000 sq.m.

-“Cape Sounio” property of 383,000 sq.m.

– parcels in Ioannina

– areas in Kassandra, Chalkidiki

– land area and land with buildings in Rhodes , Patras , Halkidiki and Glyfada

– office and residential buildings in New York

– land with two-storey building in Plaka

– three Xenia hotels in Nafplion
