The victim of the unheard-of tragedy that show the light of publicity in Russia was a 18 month old infant that died from cold.

The incident took place when the 29 year old mother put to sleep her infant and went for a night out with her friends.

At some point, the young child woke up and managed to get out of bed and out of the house from the unlocked door.

With temperature reaching the -10 degree  Celsius the only 18 month old child froze to death.

The mother found the child and immediately took him to the hospital, but unfortunately was too late to save the little boy.

The mother is now accused of child neglect.
