The main opposition party (SYRIZA) puts aside the conflict with the lenders and seeks a common ground to settle differences and find a solution for the Greek problem.

The main concern of the leader of SYRIZA Alexis Tsipras is to promote relief measures for the citizens and manage to abolish the memorandum step by step leaving for later any big clashes with the European and international lenders.

With this new tactic Alexis Tsipras aims to prevent the creation of a bad climate among our European partners, as well as to stop any rumors of SYRIZA wanting Greece out of Europe.

He also wants to gain some time so as to implement a basic humanitarian program with relief measures for the citizens, which will not need great amount of money. This way SYRIZA will be able to negotiate new arguments in Greece and abroad.
