Tspiras to attend Suez Canal inauguration

Ceremony to take place on August 6

Greek PM Alexis Tsipras might find some peace away from his inter-party squabbling, as he will be attending the official inauguration of the new Suez Canal scheduled for August 6 in Egypt. The PM will be accompanied by Minister of State Nikos Pappas, Alternate Minister of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks Christos Spirtzis, Government Spokeswoman Olga Gerovasili and General Secretary for International affairs George Tsipras.
