Turk arrested for attacking Turkish Consulate in Thessaloniki

He threw pain at the building

A Turkish national was arrested in Thessaloniki after throwing paint at the Turkish Consulate in the city yesterday at noon.

According to thestival.gr, the 57-year-old, in addition to the paint, also threw leaflets.

The suspect is expected to appear before the Court of Thessaloniki.

At 12, members of the “Popular Front, Anti-imperialist Front” will hold a rally outside the Thessaloniki Courthouse in solidarity to the arrested.
