US: Iran sanctions will remain in effect by end of year

The lift will only take place if a deal is made

The lifting of sanctions imposed on Iran based on a final deal on its nuclear program will not take place before the end of the year, at the best of circumstances.

The 30th of June deadline is nearing, and the powers that be should reach a deal on the nuclear sanctions. Iran insists that its program has an exclusive aim of peaceful purposes and denies all allegations by Western powers and their allies that it wishes to procure nuclear weapons.
