War Machine tells court that “rape” cannot count as such if woman is porn star!

Work in the adult film industry is no excuse to allow for rape

A mysoginistic martial arts fighter who legally changed his name to War Machine from Jonathan Koppenhaver argued in court on Monday that it was legal to have rough sex with Christine Mackinday against her will because her work in the adult film industry disqualifies her from accusing him of rape. The Las Vegas Revue Journal states that Koppenhaver’s defense attorney, Brandon Sua, said that Mackinday’s career had led her to “desire, the preference, the acceptability towards a particular form of sex activities that were out of the norm.”

As if the line of defence weren’t insulting enough, the man who is now known as War Machine blew Chief Deputy District Attorney Jacqueline Bluth a kiss after his attorneys made their case.

Bluth proceeded to argue that Mackinday’s work as a porn star should not be a legal factor in the charges.
