Ikos Resorts buys out Chandris hotels

Ikos Resorts investment fund have expanded their partnership with the Chandris Group in the field of luxury tourism after buying out two Chandris units in Kerkyra aiming to create a unified tourist unit of 410 rooms. The deal was made possible with the participation of capital from Oaktree Capital Management, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Hermes GPE etc and businessmen S. and A Adreadis and is expected to coast a total of 110 million Euros. The two Chandris hotels are Corfu Chandris Hotel & Villas and the Dassia Chandris Hotel & Spa, in the area of Dasia outside the city of Kerkyra and only 11km from the international airport.
