Asteras Vouliagmenis to become the first “Four Seasons” Resort in Greece

Project estimated to cost 100 million euros

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the world’s leading hotel company, and Astir Palace of Vouliagmeni SA, the world leader in luxury tourism in Greece, announced their plans for the operation of the first Four Seasons Hotel in Greece , in Astera Vouliagmeni.
The new hotel is expected to operate as Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, with the completion of the extensive upgrading of existing facilities in the spring of 2018. The new luxury hotel will be located only 25km south of Athens on the beautiful Athens Riviera. Apart from the hotel, the Riviera, which covers nearly 300 acres of pine-covered area, the resort will also have luxury stores and restaurants, including Matsuhisa Athens from Nobu, the Vouliagmeni Marina, Astir beach, an innovative beach concept and luxury seaside residences. Over 100 million euros will be spent on the renovation of the hotel facilities and the reopening of the hotel as Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens. The hotel will have approximately 300 rooms, suites and luxurious bungalows, spa and leisure facilities, state-of-the-art conference and event venues, infinity pools, beaches, a unique seaside promenade, among other things. The interior design has been undertaken by Meyer Davis Studio and the project is largely inspired by the beauty of the natural environment and local culture. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts was established in 1960 to provide an optimal travel experience through continued innovation and the highest accommodation standards.
