Drug & fraud gang ran cyber-crime HQ in a Cold War bunker

The five-storey underground complex was raided by 650 police officers

A gang of anarchists turned an abandoned Cold War bunker into a sprawling, illegal data hub for more than half a million cybercrimes including fraud, drugs and arms deals and child sex abuse, prosecutors say.

The five-storey underground complex was raided by 650 police officers, including a commando unit, who seized 200 computer servers containing vast amounts of information.

The German authorities believe that Cyberbunker, as it is known, hosted a number of the dark web’s largest online bazaars, including the infamous Wall Street Market, which sold drugs, cyberweapons and code for financial criminals; Orange Chemicals, which specialized in drugs such as LSD ans MDMA; ans Flugsvamp 2.0, a Swedish drug marketplace about with 600 sellers and 10.000 customers.
