FBI arrests Russian hacker in Prague

Hacker could be extradited to the US

A Russian hacker has been arrested by the FBI in Prague, the Interfax news agency reported Wednesday.
The FBI worked with local police to detain the suspect in a hotel in the Czech capital. American agents suspect the alleged online criminal of carrying out a number of cyber-attacks in the United States, local media reported.
The suspect became unwell during the raid and has since been taken to hospital, a police spokesperson said.
A Czech court will now decide whether to extradite the hacker to the United States, Interfax reported.
