A dance track called “Allahu Akbar” made by DJ Inappropriate is at No 1 on Spitify’s Viral chart less than a fortnight after terrorists yelled the Islamic phrase while shooting victims in multiple Paris attacks.

For Muslims, the term translates to “God is Great” and used in prayer. But jihadists have turned a phraze of faith into a battle cry during acts of terrorirsm.

Spotify states that the song is now a hit as clubbers are crazy for it at Oslo in Norway, Stockholm in Sweden and now London!

It’s hard to understand why the song has climbed the charts.DJ Inappropriate, who remains anonymous and wears a mask, only has 834 Facebook fans but the remix has over 1.5million views on YouTube. His track has been streamed over 1.6 million times, 500,000 in the last month alone.
