Pope Francis at every opportunity proves that he is one of a kind.

During a recent public appearance he comforted a little boy who was distressed because she had just lost his dog, by saying that: “One day we shall meet again all our beloved pets in the Kingdom of Heaven. Heaven is open to all God’s creatures. ”

However, some theologians were quick to claim that the Pope didn’t mean to say the sentence in the way it may have sounded and that he said it at the momentum of speech, since according to the Catholic Church animals cannot go to heaven because they have no soul.
