A command for an emergency session of the Ethics Committee of Parliament was given by House Speaker Vangelis Meimarakis in order to receive the audiovisual material of the Chaikalis-Kammenos statements.

The committee meeting will take place at 15:30 and, according to information, the Bureau’s proposal would be to obtain the material. Then, if the prosecutor decides that it is not a product of crime, it will be shared with political leaders.

It should be noted that the Speaker Registrar’s Office has already received a sealed envelope with the CD. It was directed straight to the office of Mr. Markogiannakis.
