According to Bloomberg, German Chancellor Angela Merkel prepared a warm welcome for Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras.

At the same time a top article cited the German leader’s words, namely, that “Greece belongs in Europe” and that she “wants its economy to succeed”.

Furthermore, Bloomberg cites Tsipras’ statements that “Greece and Germany should be able to understand each other better”.
