DIMAR leader Kouvelis: We won’t play role of an ‘election wildcard’

The DIMAR leader completed on Sunday his tour of northern Greece

Newsroom January 18 03:39

During a press conference on Saturday in the northern city of Drama, DIMAR head Fotis Kouvelis underlined that the “Green-Democratic Left” coalition will not play the role of a wildcard in the upcoming general elections, “like To Potami and PASOK intend to do”.

Kouvelis underlined that any post-election cooperation involving his party must be based on a policy platform agreement.

He also stressed that Greece must escape the “asphyxiation of crisis, austerity and unemployment” and that its time the citizens take their fate in their own hands.
