ESM Board of Governors, who are also Eurogroup Ministers will meet via teleconference, Wednesday at 8 pm (Greek time) to approve the release of the first disbursement to the Greek state in the framework of the 3rd Greek rescue plan. This will allow the cash-strapped country to pay off a 3.2bln Euro bond to the ECB on Thursday, August 20.
