The long list with the required reforms that Greece has to implement has been approved during Euroworking Group in order to proceed to the disbursement of 2 billion euros.
During the conference call of the Euroworking Group two batches of the prerequisites were approved based on the agreement signed between Greece and its creditors. The disbursement of 2 billion euros that Greek government is looking for will be completed after the implementation of the agreed measures.
According to information, the first set of prerequisites includes the measures that should have been completed in August, and those that should have been implemented in September as per the memorandum. The second set includes the prerequisites that must be implemented in October, such as tax measures, privatizations, etc.
Also, as Bloomberg reports citing top European officials’ claims, Greece has until mid-October to implement the prerequisite measures so as to comply with the requirements of the new memorandum.
