Greece’s election race: Which parties are likely to claim the third place?

It should be noted that the percentages of SYRIZA in all four polls are sufficient to ensure the main opposition absolute majority

Newsroom January 12 11:31

According to the results of four new opinion polls that were published on Sunday, the political scene remains relatively unchanged two weeks before the general elections in Greece.

More specifically, main opposition SYRIZA holds a narrow lead over major coalition government partner New Democracy, while four smaller parties are poised to compete for the third place, namely To Potami, far right Golden Dawn, PASOK and Greece’s Communist Party (KKE).

It should be noted that the percentages of SYRIZA in all four polls are sufficient to ensure the main opposition absolute majority, allowing it to form a government outright.

Another important issue is the large percentage of the undecided voters, whose final decision could tip the scale one way or another.

Read below the detailed results of the four latest opinion polls
