Greek scientists create virtual supermarket for Alzheimer’s patients

A virtual reality brain training game can detect mild cognitive impairment, a condition that often predates Alzheimer’s disease

Detecting MCI early on allows patients to enjoy a better quality of life and remain independent for longer. A number of MCI sufferers use computerized cognitive training games as an enjoyable means of exercising their brain.
