The selection of one of the most innovative architecture and integrated design practices in the world, Foster + Partners, as well as ARUP, Charles Anderson Landscape Architecture (USA) and numerous Greek consulting companies, protects the strategic vision of Lamda Development for the developing of Hellinikon project, which aims to improve the living conditions of its users, as the company claims.

Lamda Development says that the development of Helliniko is expected to benefit the local and national economy, attracting more than €7 billion of investment as well as creating tens of thousands new jobs.

The project will include the creation of a 2 mil. sqm metropolitan park — which will be one of the biggest parks worldwide – world class sport centers, a marina, upgraded seafront, all open to public, a mall and a business park, as well as tourism facilities.
