11 stray dogs and one pet were poisoned by an unknown person at Paradeisos Beach at Boufa, Pelion. The dogs had been vaccinated and spayed by the PAWS group of Pelion and were safe to the people in the region.

The animals bled and foam came out of their mouths as they died a painful dead.

The police were called in and the bait used to poison the animals has been sent to a lab to be identified.
